County delays action on proposal to hike impact fees
Frederick County commissioners halted a budget officer plan to raise impact fees by over 50 percent. The proposed single family home fee would rise from 2000 to 3150, plus a 650 per unit fee for library, parks and roads funding. Officials ask staff to study links between the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance and capital budgeting before any decision.
