In Hagerstown on December 5 AP reports 19 year old EmazI vel Bingaman of Geltrs burg on trial for the bandit murder of Reuben Sollenberger, a station attendant shot during a September at tempted holdup. Bingaman's co defendant Brown J Pair, 22, also of Geensburg, was convicted of first degree murder and faces life imprisonment. Both men admit presence at the killing but accuse each other. Jury selection was underway as opening statements were planned.
