Gov. Schaefer Montgomery County Executive Kramer and Gaithersburg Mayor Bohrer dedicate the Md. 355 bridge in a Dec 7 ceremony at Cedar and Frederick Avenues. The 8.2 million, four lane span honors Father John Cuddy. archbishop Hickey will lead an ecumenical prayer as St. Martin's parishioners release balloons. The bridge, built 1985 to 1989, replaces a two lane overpass and includes new access ramps and redirected East Diamond Avenue.
