Justice Eckstein Drops Arrest Warrant In Unfounded Assault Charge
Justice Eckstein yesterday declined to serve a warrant for the arrest of Thouiss Penn after hearing Omer Oram claim injuries from an alleged assault, which Oram later said he might have misremembered due to drunkenness. Penn denied knowing Grom or the injuries. Eckstein concluded the charge was unfounded.
