Judge rules murder manual not aiding abetting crime
U S District Judge Alexander Williams dismissed the case against Paladin Press over Hit Man a Technical Manual for Independent Contractors ruling the book did not fit First Amendment exceptions. He noted nothing in the book calls for immediate murder and that responsibility lies with the actor. The suit by victims families claimed the manual aided hitman James E Perry in the slaying of Mildred Horn their 8 year old son Trevor and nurse Janice Saunders in Silver Spring.
