Ambulance Billing Program Ends In Frederick County

Community mourns good Samaritan in Middletown

Russell Cerminaro, 55, died while helping two teenage girls stranded by a disabled car along Old Hagerstown Road. He had been volunteering at the Confederate Air Force weekend air show and was on his way home. MARC train extension to Frederick delayed seven months

The planned MARC commuter link into Frederick faces at least a seven month delay due to stalled talks between CSX and the Mass Transit Administration. The $50 million, 135 mile project to Point of Rocks cannot finish before July 1999 at the earliest. Weinberg hires Jade Wu at 60 thousand salary for arts center

Youth with dud grenade holds police at bay
