Suspect Arrested in Machete Slaying in Frederick

Frederick City Police and county deputies arrested 37 year old David Charles Morgan in Braddock Heights at 1 24 a.m. for first degree murder in the machete killing of Francisco Hernandez. An eyewitness, an unnamed woman, was detained earlier. investigators tied the wallet found in Morgan’s apartment to the victim.
