Rescue and flood deaths in Carolinas as river capsizes crew

Floods describe a sudden wake to a wet mess after dozing Sunday. In Asheville two river rescue team members were saved when their boat capsized after hitting a cable on the French Broad River. Northern area teachers meet to prepare for new year
