Frederick County Board Rules On Six Trailer Locations
The Frederick County Appeals Board on Friday issued decisions approving six permanent trailer sites with standard conditions including removal of wheels and solid foundations and compliance with water and sewage rules. Two cases add extra conditions: Milton Grimes must meet lot size and yard limits for a trailer on U S 15 near Franklinville, and James R. Dunn received a five foot side setback variance for a trailer on Sun day Lane west of U S 15. Remaining four sites require only standard conditions for locations along Old Annapolis Road near Sidney Road and U S 340 near Holter Road and Bartonsville Road.
