High-speed chase ends in accident near Frederick Maryland
A high-speed chase early today left Maryland State Police trooper Chris Hyser and suspect Terry Jackson also known as Clifford E. Allen of Winchester Virginia injured. Hyser suffered a fractured wrist and jaw, listed in serious but stable condition. the suspect remained in treatment at presstime. The crash shut U S 340 for over two hours while police pursued multiple alleged thefts including at Martin's Foods, Crown station, and a 7-Eleven.
