Escapee Teen Track Star Captured After School Ground Scuffle

He fled Thursday from a state juvenile officer near the courthouse and leaped a 10 foot fence on TJ grounds before being nabbed by officer D-Sgt Ray Dietz. Frederick to Acquire Two New Garbage Packers
The city will receive two garbage packers within 30 to 60 days to improve disposal of solid waste. Frederick Radar Case Ends in Acquittal
