Gordon Leon Disney 22 of Clarksburg was fatally shot in the right temple by a pistol fired by Walter Eugene Pryor 20 of Monrovia after they reportedly shot the gun from Pryor's car window. Police say Pryor believed the weapon was unloaded. autopsy pending at Baltimore morgue. Manslaughter charges filed. trial date not set. Investigation led by Set. Youth Escapes Official On Way To Court
A 15-year-old Frederick youth escaped from a state juvenile official in front of the court house while being transported for a trial on three counts of grand larceny. Trooper John W. Reburn said the escape occurred from a state transport near Waxter near Laurel as the youth fled toward West Church Street.
