Eight storm accidents reported by Maryland State Police
Maryland State Police logged eight traffic accidents during a three hour storm period on Thursday. Officers responded to two on Braddock Mountain at 1 70 three on Md 340 one on Harmony Road and one each on Md 17 and Md 85 between 3 59 p m and 7 17 p m. Most involved single vehicles that slid off the rain soaked roads with no major injuries.
