New York August 27 AP Thom as H Symington wealthy manufacturer was enjoined by a Supreme Court order from participating in the Maryland divorce action against Ida May Symington. The judge ruled the Maryland suit aimed to harass and vex. Symington claimed New York citizenship and later admitted New York jurisdiction by replying to the wife's counterclaim. A first trial favored the wife, the appellate division ordered a retrial, and a stop on discontinuing the action was denied. The second trial is set for the Fall calendar.
