Commissioners OK bridge work near Myersville project
Frederick County Commissioners approved repairs or replacements for two span bridges over Catoctin Creek near Myersville. Harmony Road will be rebuilt as a new two lane bridge with realigned approaches and a higher four ton rating, using about 625000 dollars in fiscal 1996. Station Road will be repaired and kept as a single lane for about 185000 dollars in fiscal 1996, with a cattle-walk added under Harmony Road to ease farm traffic.
