Driver Hurt After Collision On US 40 A Near Clifton
Burkittsville man Daniel Franklin Henderson, 22, was injured Monday night in a crash with a tractor trailer at US 40 A near Clifton Road. He was treated at Frederick Memorial Hospital and released. The tractor trailer driver Jerry Lewis Compton, 31, of Avondale Louisiana, was charged with failure to yield to an oncoming vehicle. The accident occurred at 9 12 p.m.
