Frederick officials agreed Thursday to issue 16.5 million dollars in bonds to fund several projects. The plan covers buying the former Seventh-day Adventist Church property next to Harry Grove Stadium, constructing the Gov. William Donald Schaefer Office Building along Carroll Creek, refinancing Clustered Spires Golf Course, and renovating Old City Hall to ADA standards.
