Mutual of New York bought 500 thousand of subordinated notes, Provident Mutual Life and Berkshire Life bought 1 million of senior notes, Minnesota Mutual Life bought 500 thousand of junior subordinated notes. Proceeds go to working capital. Robert Fulton Maine Company acted as borrower's agent. Headquartered in Frederick with operations in Virginia Pennsylvania West Virginia and North Carolina.
