Amputation of Fingers After WV Auto Crash Near Pearl

Fisher is a Frederick High School graduate and attended Mercersburg Academy.

Six Year Old Struck By Automobile In Frederick
A six year old boy was struck by a car as he began to run across North Court Street near Church this afternoon. He suffered severe head and scalp lacerations and was taken to Frederick City Hospital by Claude Redmond. After treatment, he returned home on his avenue. Roscoe, age six, ran in front of the Redmond car and helped by George Stull, the boy was struck by the vehicle's right headlight which was broken. State Officer J J Thompson investigated and filed no charges.
