Murphy explains view on Wanderer Vandever case in meeting
Frederick Alderman Sally Murphy says she would have supported the personnel board’s stance on Lesley Vandever and would not have recused Alderman Frances Baker from the executive session. She notes Mayor Jim Grimes informed her of the meeting, and she faxed an opinion based on prior talks with the city attorney and without hearing the attorney’s remarks at the meeting.
