Holsinger considers race despite Pennsylvan ia home plan
Holsinger running on a slow growth platform says enough candidates share his views and notes state law could let him win the primary and perhaps the general election despite missing the July 15 withdrawal deadline. He would then face a declination of nomination if he won and stay in the race, contending he has a moral obligation to fight. He criticizes Frederick County commissioners as out of touch with taxpayers and urges property purchases in southern Pennsylvania to hedge against sprawl.
