For the third straight day earthquakes and tidal waves battered Caribbean towns causing panic and interior evacuations. The death toll rose to 22 with 20 fatalities in Bajio and Cabrea. two feet of water flooded Bajio as rescues were hampered by damaged roads and dispersed shelters.

Lannigan Urges Constitution Amendment for Gas Tax Funds
