Howard back with Bullets after rejected Miami deal
Five days after the NBA voided Juwan Howard's seven year 100 million Miami offer, he rejoined the Washington Bullets. The signing cost Washington their next year's first round pick and faces a court decision over which uniform he will wear. The NBA ruled Washington must forfeit the 1997 first round pick if they sign Howard. Howard previously turned down about 90 million with Washington and agreed to terms with Miami before the league voided that deal.
