Harrington pleads guilty to six counts of sexual child abuse
ROCKVILLE David B. Harrington a 43 year old Germantown resident pleaded guilty in court to six counts of sexual child abuse and one count of felony theft involving a ski club. He faces up to 25 years under a plea agreement and sentencing is set for November 13.

Students to Build Phoenix 11 Center at Hadley Farms Site
