Kramer May Seek Montgomery County Executive Post
Former Montgomery County executive Sidney Kramer 63 began an exploratory committee amid voter dissatisfaction. He cited concerns over services and rising taxes and noted a 1990 primary poll showing substantial support before Potter’s win. Potter indicated a decision coming in winter or spring and acknowledged potential support for Adams.
