Factory employs around 200, buys corn from farmers within 50 miles, including Virginia. Statewide 1965 corn output rose to 30,400 acres with yields around 3.22 tons per acre. Drought dampens crop but late-season field corn may still be salvaged for animal feed.

Stadium Restroom Bids OK'd by Frederick Board

Four year old Ross W Schoefield was killed when a Kiddie car rolled down a steep grade near his Brunswick home. He and sister Donna Lee, three, failed to make a right turn and struck a parked car.
