Showers Fall In Some Parts Of The County
The Fishing Creek reservoir, city water source, stood thirteen inches below top level this morning, dropping about three inches in 24 hours. No major water bans besides Frederick’s exist. Brunswick reports an overflow spills into the reservoir. Heat drives high consumption as 98 degree days follow a 96 degree Sunday. Weather records show June and July 1930 totals far higher than this year’s, with August to October 1930 clouded by drought fears.
