Home swapping network swells with vacationers
New York couple Joan and Anthony De Palma join a growing traveler network that exchanges homes rather than hotel stays. They say the practice has saved thousands, with Europe a strong draw and listings expanding in the United States and abroad. Swappers often receive cars or maid service, and payments are usually only for incidental costs. planning is lengthy and risks include property damage or failed arrangements.
