Dr. C K Hoffman from the State Livestock Economy Bureau plans a tour to inspect and require treatment for untreated hogs. Prisoner enters another jail after release bond posted
Miel Gue of near Bartholows left the Maryland State Correction building and was met by Deputy Sheriff Charles W. Smith with a detainer. Gue was taken to Frederick county jail and released this morning under 500 bond by Harry Dosh pending September term. Gue had served two years for larceny of chickens in Carroll county. Pyles and Gue were indicted for a crime in Thurmont. Pyles served a year and was released. Pyles will be a state witness against Gue. Three arrests for fighting and drunkenness occurred in Frederick City. Hunk Ivory remained jailed on a drunkenness charge after failing to post 5 dollars and costs. George Proctor of near Buckeystown, charged with fighting, posted 5 dollars. John Doe, a white man, was detained for drunkenness after inability to post 2.50 and costs.
