Chase ends in wreck after multi-state pursuit

Sewell appeals life sentence in double murder case
Andre Sewell 34 of Frederick seeks judicial review of his trial and consecutive life terms for the killing of his girlfriend Susan Kester 24 and her son Jacob Tribett 3.
