Monday Night Court Clears Middletown Offenders
Floyd Smith found guilty of drunken driving and reckless operation after a April 20 stop on U S 4 A Braddock Mountain. Bailiff Barrick pressed drunken driving charges while Smith’s attorney was Edwin F Nikirk. Other cases include Leslie Matthews fined for reckless driving after a hit and run claim involving a boy on F Street. Charles Cann and Joseph Rollins found guilty or innocent on related charges. Two Frederick men jailed for disorderly conduct. a youth received a suspended sentence for assault and battery. Extra cases include collateral forfeiture and a separate assault and robbery matter involving Harold Landwehr.
