Retreat site proposal at 17.5 acres heard in county board
Frederick County Board of Appeals heard Charles and Linda Smith seek to use three houses on Sjamsyville Road for a Christian group home of about 20 residents with day retreats overnight tent camping and future plans for a pool and pavilion. Neighbors warned traffic would rise and block the dangerous entrance. The board delayed the decision to May 24.
