Three Frederick Men Acquitted In Motor Vehicle Cases
Three Frederick men were acquitted in Trial Magistrate Court of motor vehicle charges in two cases. Gastley and Willard were found not guilty of reckless driving on North Market Street after racing from Church Street to Second Street. Humm was found not guilty despite speeding past police patrols due to his good record.
