Convicted state lobbyist gets community confinement
Bruce Bereano, once Maryland's top paid lobbyist, received a six month community confinement sentence plus five years probation for eight counts of mail fraud. He must also pay a 20000 dollar fine and perform 500 hours of community service while his appeal stays execution.
