Frederick County Keeps Agricultural Zoning for Rural Subdivisions
Frederick County Commissioners unanimously vote to retain agricultural zoning for rural subdivisions in the New Market regional plan update. Residents of Car Salt Knolls and others argued the change would hurt property values and resale.
