Russia Ready To Attack Soon

Kenneth De Courcy, editor of the British Intelligence Digest, warned at a Kiwanis club address that Russia will be ready to attack in two years if it fails to achieve its goals in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Germany. He projected 124 fission bombs by 1952, plus fusion and germ weapons, and said a sudden raid could strike key U.S. targets with atomic weapons.
