Virginia murder case linked to Farr confession

Milton Farr, 20, of near Leesburg Virginia, confessed to shooting Irving Hatcher, 45, a produce dealer, as he left Mitchell's store Saturday night. A special hearing before magistrates is planned at Teesburg next week. Bail set at 1500 dollars. Farr's relatives remain jailed. Coroner's jury found self defense, but Commonwealth's Attorney and Sheriff suggest premeditation by the Farr family.
