Rose Hill garden dedication marks historic observance

The Rose Hill Manor Touch and Smell Gardens will be dedicated Sunday at 5 p.m. with an address by Congressman Goodloe E Byron. The public is invited as over 200 invitations went to volunteers connected with Rose Hill since acquisition in 1968.
