Shipley seeks reelection as Frederick Orphans Court judge
G Raymond Shipley, chief judge of the Frederick County Orphans Court, announced Tuesday his bid for reelection on the Democratic ticket. A longtime Frederick resident, he has served on the court since 1966 and as chief judge since December 1970.
