Pittsburgh report says three young brothers suffocated in a two story frame apartment fire. A neighbor kicked in a locked second floor door but heat and smoke forced him back. Police and a passer by, joined by Supt. James Slusser, reached the second floor and pulled the children from a bedroom. They died on arrival at Pittsburgh Hospital. The youngsters Norvalle 3 Charles 2 and Vincent 1 were children of Mrs Marlene Jones. Jones said she had asked Mrs Esther Perkins 77 to watch the kids while she paid a bill. Perkins later said the door had been slammed.
