The Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission will not investigate Burgess John L. Thompson Jr. after Miles & Stockbridge accused him of dishonesty. Melvin Hirshman found no grounds to probe. Zoning appeal of 103-29 Limited Partnership over Nicodemus Farm rezoning to low density residential will be heard in Frederick County Circuit Court in mid June.
