Second carjacking foiled in Frederick City
The second carjacking in a week was foiled Saturday night when Keith N Clendening tried to enter a Pizza Hut car at 540 W. South St. Driver Michelle Stone blocked the door and screamed for help as Clendening fled before police could locate him. A man matching Stone's description was later seen at Uni-Mart on Jefferson Street.

Union Bridge Man Killed Hitchhiking Early Saturday
A Union Bridge man and volunteer baseball coach was struck and killed while attempting to hitchhike in the 200 block of Bucker John Road around 3:30 am Saturday. David Elmer Bohn Sr., 39, of Union Bridge, died after being hit by Ford Ranger driven by David Reginal Harman Jr., 21, also of Union Bridge. Bohn, an employee at Lehigh Portland Cement Co., was pronounced dead at Carroll County General Hospital in Westminster.
