Blessed are they that mourn and weep for others
Earl L Douglass reflects on the value of tears and sorrow, citing Jesus and biblical ideas. He urges readers to mourn for sin and world suffering, promising that those who weep may later laugh with gladness when good triumphs over evil. The piece notes a local art exhibition and National Library Week events at the Davis Library in Westminster with artist representations from Carroll County and neighboring communities.
