Seventh grade pupil wins Elmer Wolfe School spelling bee
Lorraine Bubrick won the school spelling contest over 15 participants and will represent Elmer Wolfe in the county competition on April 15 at Westminster. Judges included Mayor Edward Willian, Gerald Richter, and Edward Skowronski. The Wolverine yearbooks for 1955 are available for seniors, who plan a trip to New York City May 14 with chaperones Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Boose and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kanowicz staying at Hotel Taft to tour the city and attend TV shows.
