Disapproved Mindanao Court Martial Acquittal Ruling
Manilla April 10 Major General Davis disapproved the Iligan court martial findings on Lieutenant H Lee of the 10th U S Infantry for manslaughter in the killing of two prisoners. Lee is deemed not entitled to honorable acquittal. Also notes vaccinate orders for troops landing at Manila and updates on Governor Taft’s health and other incidents including wrecks and medical cautions.

Dying Man Denies Murder as Death Ends Confusion
Wilkesbarre April 12 A dying man aged about 25 William Williams denied murder while near death in the county jail. He confessed his real name Charles Hanna and said his mother would die in Guelph Ontario where he was born. He had been serving a one year term for larceny and made delirious statements about other crimes.
