Monocacy Club Names Officers In Constitutional Talk
The Monocacy Club of the Evangelical Reformed church elected new officers led by President J. Richard Ramsburg and Vice President Robert C. McCardell. Former Judge John S. Newman spoke on the durability of the US Constitution, urging vigilance against ignorance and indifference. A list of members and attendees followed along with the club’s four guiding constitutional commandments. An absolute divorce case in Martinsburg, West Virginia, involving Margaret Moler and Howard F. Moler, was noted for reopening and cancellation of a prior 1937 decree. Say you saw it in the News.
