Mouth Cancers Cure Depends On Early Treatment
Early treatment greatly improves cure odds for mouth cancers. At Memorial Center, thumb size lesions show markedly higher cure rates across lips, tongue, floor of mouth, cheek, palate, gums, and tonsils compared with larger growths. Patients should seek medical evaluation if a mouth sore fails to heal in ten days or a lump thickens, as prompt diagnosis and treatment boost long term survival.
