Maryland to spend 4.8 million on roads in 1922
The State Roads Commission will invite bids within a week to spend about 4.8 million on state highways in 1922. Of this, 3 million will include Federal aid and county cooperation, with 33 million for new construction and 1.5 million for maintenance. Some 1.39 million bids from last year are carried over.
