Court order directs sale before Newnan courthouse on the first Tuesday in July 1906 during legal hours. The Newnan Cotton Mills and C. C. Parrott with others have applied for a first class public road from a point on the lower McIntosh public road near the intersection with the upper road, running southerly through lands of S. L. Hill and Newnan Cotton Mills. The road has been marked by the commissioners and reported on oath.
