Washington Steam Schooner Rescued After Night At Sea

Gipsy Smith Evangelist Excursion From Newberg

Cattleman Trades Farm for Coast Range Dairy Ranch
J L Whiteis traded his farm six miles northwest of town to L G Wesley for a dairy ranch in the Coast range mountains. Whiteis plans to ship cream to Corvallis and grow vegetables for Newport market. Wesley, famed for Galloway cattle, has shown at Salem Spokane North Yakima Walla Walla Colfax Clarkston Lewiston and earned 181 ribbons and 1700 dollars. He will move stock by an alfalfa launch to eastern Oregon.
